[MC-146180] Water doesn't flow after using a bucket

I would just randomly pick up some water on my single player survival world and then it would not auto fill even though there was water all around it.

I know, sorry, I tried to search for it but unless I used the same exact way of describing the bugIi wouldn't be able to find it.
