When kicking or banning a player from the server in-game, it causes the game to freeze for a moment. Eventually it kicks you off of the server and makes the server shut down.

While on the server, please force a crash by pressing
F3 + Cfor 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report (minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt) here.
