game chrashes while activating or loading an active conduit

I used an conduit in the snapshot 19w11b. After updating to 19w12a the server and game crashes after an conduit is being loadet or activated.

This occurs on online and singleplayer gamesessions.

while playing on server only the server crashes.

while playing an singleplayer game the whole game crashes

after removing the conduit with the console the game is stable
