Unable to pick-block note blocks to keep the NBT of what note it is.
When using ctrl+pick-block only gives you default noteblock.

This works as intended because note blocks are not block entities with NBT data since 1.13. The pitch and sound are handled using blockstates, which is not stored using ctrl+pickblock
