Conduit crash

Game crashing bug with conduit

What I expected to happen was...:
Notning

What actually happened was...:
I came home from nether and game crashed. 

Crash report from launcher:

The game crashed whilst ticking block entity
The game crashed whilst ticking block entity
Error: java.lang.NullPointerException: Ticking block entity

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to near Conduit
2. ...Game will crash
3. ...Done 😞.
