Waking up puts you in a wall or outside of house

I noticed that after waking up from a good nights sleep, I tend to wake up in a wall or outside of my house, or if the bed is underground, you spawn above ground where the bed is. My bed is in the same place that it was before we updated the server, and before on 19w12a, I woke up in a place where I would not be harmed. Each other member on our server has experienced this issue as well, some even lost their lives
