Inventory Exiting Prevented

In Minecraft [Snapshot 19W12B] when the default controls for Open/Close Inventory are swapped with the controls for List Players the player can open the inventory, but CANNOT close the inventory. However, the non-swapped default inputs for the aforementioned controls do work properly. 

What I expected to happen was...:

I expected the inventory to open and close properly with the swapped controls.

What actually happened was...:
I can open the inventory, but I could not close the inventory.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open Minecraft Snapshot 19W12B normally

2. Load any save

3. Press ESCAPE

4. Click on OPTIONS

5. Click on Controls

6. Scroll down until you see Open/Close Inventory, click it.

7. Press TAB

8. Scroll down until you see List Players, click it.

9. Press E

10. Click Done

11. Click Done again

12. Press TAB

13. Press TAB again, the player should be able to exit the screen

14. What the player needs to do is press ESCape
