[MC-146553] iron golem spins after being spawned on wall bug

when you spawn a iron golem on a wall after a few seconds it will start spinning around in circles

please fix this and i don't think anybody else has already posted this so i think i am okay right ? please fix this bug though

not copied i searched nothing so far for any copying any reports

Please check if that's still an issue for you in the latest 1.14.4 stable release or the latest 1.15 development snapshot.
