This was really odd, I saw an Enderman during the day. Good thing it didn't see me though. It did pass me one time while I was collecting sand. I saw it about 3 times now maybe.

Endermen are supposed to stay alive during the day, they'll stay passive unless you look at them. Eventually, they will teleport away or despawn.
