[MC-146598] Item Name not displaying nbt JSON component

Using a "nbt" JSON component in Item names or Lores does nothing and the nme or Lore is just blank:

/give @s minecraft:diamond_sword{display:{Name:"{\"nbt\":\"Health\",\"entity\":\"@s\"}"}}

This just shows an empty name.
