[MC-1467] Mobs try jumping over Nether brick fences

Nether brick fences are 1.5 blocks tall, yet all mobs try to jump over them (but obviously can't). Wooden fences and all cobblestone fences don't cause this behaviour.

You can't delete it. It is now marked as Closed:Duplicate, so it is just like it was deleted.

I see; well, I only wanted to get rid of it since the first person said it's a duplicate…
But to be honest, I think we should be given an option to delete our own submissions.
