The bug
The "Programmer Art" resource pack doesn't include a texture for the strike-through line used for altered prices in the trading GUI.
To reproduce
Enable the "Programmer Art" resource pack
Trade with a villager until it gives you a discount, or punch a villager so that it increases its prices
❌ There will be two prices, none of them is striked through

Yep, that second number is indeed a discount (or a higher price if you've hurt a villager or demand is high). The "minecraft:air" in the NBT is intended though; it just means that the second slot should be empty.
I'm more interested in why the first number isn't crossed out. For that reason: Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report ([minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/guides/finding-minecraft-data-folder]
) here.
Once attached, the report will be reopened automatically.

emmmmm it looks like in "programmer art" resourse ,villagers' gui haven't exp bar and crossed out number.
Ah, that's it, thanks. I edited that ticket so that it now is about that line missing in that resource pack.
Second number is discount prise. Disable your resourse pack to see it right.
