[MC-146720] infinite wandering trader

What I expected to happen was...:
a wandering trader walked in a nether portal. I thought it would despawn after time, even in the nether

What actually happened was...:
The wandering trader is still there, and it doesn't despawn.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. make sure that they still despawn if they walk into the portal.

Please check if that's still an issue for you in the latest 1.14.4 release.

I tested this in release 1.15.2. A wandering trader who uses a nether portal will still despawn in the nether after his DespawnDelay reaches 0. This works correctly. They do drink a potion of invisibility as soon as they arrive in the nether. I don't think this is weird behaviour though.
