[MC-147] Tree leaves break half slabs

When a tree grows (appears) its leaves will break half slabs (tree leaves will replace them). Tree leaves usually test before appearing in an empty space, not will half slabs (transparent blocks?).

Confirmed, leaves replace half slabs and walls and fences too.

This also affects steps too.
They kept disappearing even though no leaves spawned in there place.
Had to redesign my arboretum to avoid this issue.

Will test 1.4.3 to confirm that its resolved
