Strange options highlight glitch

I was playing in 19w13b with Angrish as the specified language. I went into options>video settings to change the smooth lighting, and I clicked on the other settings. It highlighted them in blue and yellow, like it normally does, but when I moved the mouse away, it was still highlighted... Just a minor issue, but it would be nice to fix it.
