[MC-147180] You don't take damage from TNT if it's lit with a pressure plate

If you light TNT with a spruce pressure plate (I don't know if it's the same with other types of pressure plates) you won't take any damage from it.

Gamerule keep inventory is the only command I've used.

I have this issue too, and have a video. However, with me, the issue persists even when using other forms of lighting TNT (flint and steel, lever, etc)
