[MC-147250] Throwing Enderpearl in End Gateway takes you to Start Point in The End

When you throw an enderpearl into the gateway, reguardless of which one, your taken back to the start point of The End as if youd just come form overworld.

From MC-138069:

Only newly generated gateway will behave correctly, since wrong coordinates are permanently stored in block. Though older ones can be fixed with "/data remove block <x> <y> <z> ExitPortal".
