Cannot place blocks on interactive blocks while sneaking and flying in creative mode

Bug

When I was pressing the shift button(Sneak Key) while flying in creative mode, I wasn't able to place blocks or similar items(e.g. stone, armor stand, item frame, chest, pressure plate, spawn egg, sign) on an interactive block (e.g. crafting tables, furnaces, command blocks).

Expected Result

I expected to be able to place a block without opening the GUI because I was sneaking.

Actual Result

I opened the block's GUI instead of placing the block I was holding.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Place an interactive block(e.g. crafting tables, furnaces, command blocks).

2. Hold an item you can place(e.g. stone, armor stand, item frame, chest, pressure plate, spawn egg, sign)

3. Fly in creative mode and hold shift(Sneak Key) and spacebar at the same time (or just press shift if you're quick enough)

4. Attempt to place the item you're holding on the interactive block.
