[MC-147425] World Border lag

While playing with the /worldborder command, shrinking it to 1000 blocks and looking at it will decrease FPS.

Try lowering your render/view distance. It's currently maxed out from what I can see. You system might not be strong enough to handle this. Also you should update your graphics driver.
If this doesn't help, please get in touch with the Community Support first before reporting this as a bug as this might just be a technical/configuration issue.

I like max settings, but it's still considered a bug cause it affects a certain setting, setting RD (Render distance) to 20 still affects it.
