ok so there a light glitch with torches. Even though there are torches in a certain area the mobs still keep spawning the that area

The area should have been lighted and no mob would spawn in that area

What actually happened was...:
mobs kept spawning even though there were torches

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Put torches in a dark area
2. walk away and come back
3. see mobs
