Animation Error with All Mounts

Hi Mojang, I've noticed an issue in version 19w14a with minecarts, horses saddled pigs, etc.. When a player rides on any mount/a minecart, the swimming and sitting animation get messed up, so the player is frozen in a swimming motion until they exit. It also messes the camera perspective, which is rather annoying.
