No OnGround NBT on the edge of blocks

Cannot Reproduce

If you stand on an edge of a block with sneaken, you have not the NBT OnGround:1b

Cannot reproduce. Running the following command while on the edge of a block returns "1b":

/data get entity @s OnGround
