[MC-147707] felling out of the world !?

i fell right trough blocks or getting stuck in blocks after changing render distance

Environment

java 8

win 10 64x

ok i was playing minecaft and testing the snapshots in survival

i was walking and i changed my chunk rendering distance and it was fine till

i fell out of the world throght a block

sometimes i would just get stuck and i oad the world again and it would be ok

and the wierd hing is that the death massage said {playername} fell out of the water !!

Was it a multiplayer game? Could you recreate it after the first time?

I am in Version 1.14.4 and I experienced the same bug but I recently haven't changed my render distance, I just died after falling down from about 50 blocks, landing in water, and then sprint jumping. I was streaming so i have footage of it:
