Was it a multiplayer game? Could you recreate it after the first time?

I am in Version 1.14.4 and I experienced the same bug but I recently haven't changed my render distance, I just died after falling down from about 50 blocks, landing in water, and then sprint jumping. I was streaming so i have footage of it:
