[MC-147781] Name field not focused when opening structure block or jigsaw block GUI

Pretty much the same as MC-147607, but for structure blocks / jigsaw blocks and not fixed.

Opening a structure block GUI does not put the keyboard focus on the name field anymore, so you can't just click a structure block and start typing the name. Happens with all three types.

I am unable to reproduce this issue in 21w03a. All text fields are in focus when opening a jigsaw or structure block.
