When using a sticky piston lever and a redstone block, the sticky piston wont retract with the block on top. when the piston is facing down or to the side it will retract with the block.
Even you can tell from the images that when the lever is off the sticky piston still has not retracted with the block. There is a bug in this somewhere just cant figure it out.
