Villager Skin Incorrect in Villages Created before 1.14

When playing in a village in a world created before 1.14, villagers do not have their biome-specific skin.

 

Summoning a villager in the village gives that villager the appropriate skin.

Thats. Odd. It seems fixed for me. I have no problem with it.

in which version Kimball?

I'm still seeing the bug myself in 1.14 Pre-Release 2.  I tested with both a dedicated server and single-player world.  I migrated from version 1.13.2.

Is this still an issue in 20w22a or later?
