When I scroll across the hotbar, the item names that were supposed to appear don't. I don't know if it is a bug, if it's not, please forgive me.
How to reproduce: Use any texture pack made for 1.13 or 1.14(except the programmer art pack that is the old textures) and scroll on the hotbar.
