I am having a issue where the sky light level is just 0 during the day and lighting sources like torches will only work when you replace them, but then it breaks again. I am using /tp command blocks and a couple data packs, so not sure if its that or the snapshot.
Environment
Using command blocks for /tp using some datapacks
