Server freezes (crashes) when a scaffold block gets shot with a crossbow that has any level of piercing
no crash logs where found
^^ this was on a friends server, he has always wierd stuff. I tried it on a server that i hosted myself, but it didn't crash. also with the map transferd to me, still no crash, most likely corrupted download from my friend.
Please check if that's still an issue in the latest 1.14 (pre-)release.
