cant create world in brand new minecraft with Process crashed with exit code -805306369

just repurchased because of an issue with an old account and now as soon as i try creating or loading into a world i crash and get the same error. ive tried updating graphics drivers, restarting, looking for fixes, and even reinstalling. I dont think its my computer considering i have 16g of ram. Any help is much appreciated.
