[MC-148298] Sneak key not working until manually set to a button.

Despite the fact that by default the sneak key was set to left shift, I couldn't sneak until I manually set it to left shift.

Did you change the mappings in another version of the game? Does it happen in a complete clean install(deleting .minecraft except for the saves folder)?

I've never changed the controls for sneaking.

Please check if that's still an issue for you in the latest 1.14 (pre-)release.
