[MC-148543] Wrong grindstone placing on grass

Placing grindstone on side of grass causes wrong rotation of grindstone.

Intended, you place it on the side of the grass block.

To me, it happened that the grindstone replaced the grass, but was still rotated when I placed on the side hitbox of the grass. So the grindstone appaers to be floating. doesn't seems very intended to me

seems pretty intended, you can have floating blocks in Minecraft, it's not new, and the grindstone is not the only block which does this (see MC-204035), seems hardcoded into Minecraft.

You can indeed have floating blocks, but hanging a grinder on nothing doesn't seems intended to me

This is the exact same issue as MC-86978, this should be resolved as a duplicate.
