Crash on joining server.

Getting a crash when loading up either modded minecraft or when I load vanilla and attempt joining a server or creating singleplayer world

However, this issue has been closed as Invalid.

Your Minecraft version is outdated. We currently take issues for version 1.13.2.
Please update to the latest version as it includes the newest fixes. If you still have this problem after updating, then please create a new issue.
In case of a game crash, please also attach the crashlog.
