Brown mooshrooms don't give suspicious stew in creative mode

Steps to reproduce

1. Enter creative mode

2. Summon a brown mooshroom

   /summon minecraft:mooshroom ~ ~ ~ {Type:"brown"}

3. Feed a flower to the mooshroom

4. Click on the mooshroom with a bowl
   → Notice nothing happens

5. Switch to survival

6. Click on the mooshroom with a bowl
   → You get the stew
