While in game, the character would just look in a random direction without any prompt from me.
However, the only pattern that seems to show up is that the character will face perfectly straight up whenever I am standing still as shown in the video. Otherwise, it seems to be looking in random directions when I'm moving normally.
I've tried to install a clean version of Minecraft but the problem still persists.

I can confirm the issue in 1.14.3, also running on Linux.
When I connect an external monitor an watch a stream at the same time, it is much worse. If I just run minecraft it is better.
I experienced this before 1.14.3 already, but it got worse with 1.14.3.
Also in 1.14.3 it is not looking away randomly anymore, but looking the direction I last faced when I opened my inventory.
