It output nothing.

Enchanted golden apples can still only be crafted in Legacy Console versions: the Xbox 360, Xbox One, PS3, PS4, PS Vita, Wii U, and Nintendo Switch versions. Windows 10 Edition is part of the Bedrock Edition, and enchanted golden apples were made uncraftable in BE update 1.2.13. (made uncraftable in Java Edition in 1.9 Combat Update). So this is not a bug, but rather a removal of an old feature that works as intended. 🙂
