Blast Furnace Fuel - Lava

See attached screenshot. The blast furnace does not automatically smelt the netherrack and it is not an option when viewing the item menu.

Blast furnaces can only smelt ores or armor/tool items.

I don't know how to change the workflow status to reopened so I've added a label to reopen it. My assumption has been that this item should work like the normal furnace (smelt automatically once fuel and item is in it). If this is operated differently (like crafting table?) then please confirm and point me to info on it if available.

Well, that sucks as an "improvement" on furnaces. Close the ticket/issue.
