Unable to copy Noteblocks with their NBT data

You can no longer copy Noteblocks with their NBT by using STRG + Mousewheel-button.

In MC version 1.12.x and lower this bug doesn't exist.

I have made a Video, where i show off the Bug.

This Bug does not affect chests, commandblocks or signs, as shown in the Video
