[MC-148970] Loading Chunks causes lagg for low end Pc's

When I go to explore in my Minecraft world, the chunks make my game lag a lot. I also play at minimal and low settings to which I get a 24 or 30 fps. So perhaps you get make the chunk loading more smoother and more faster to low end Pc's?
