Lighting bug still present in pre-release 5, it comes back a while after optimising

Block light appears as 0 even though it has light sources around it.

In the pictured example the carpet has glowstone underneath it and it still shows up as dark. Mobs do spawn in these dark blocks. I'm not getting the bug outside of my own home as in the previous pre-releases.

This is on a server. I play on windows.
