[MC-149096] Underside texture of sandstone wall missing when placed on top of a bell

Underside texture of sandstone wall missing when placed on top of a bell. I couldn't find another bug report similar to this, and i relogged multiple times yet it was still a thing.

What you are seeing is the bottom texture of the roof the underside of the wall is actually see through

This happens with all kinds of walls, suggesting that this is an issue with the top face of bells, and not with the bottom face of sandstone walls.
