Villagers can phase through blocks when standing inside of a cauldron or a composter

When I placed a barrier block 2 above a cauldron and summoned a villager inside the cauldron, the villager walked out of the cauldron, taking damage. See video for more info.

Seems that this applies to all blocks, not just the barrier

This is normal behavior. Entities can move through blocks that they are already in.
