Crash when changing fullscreen resolution

When changing the fullscreen resolution while in fullscreen mode on macOS  under video settings (running 10.13.6 high sierra) the game will crash with an OutOfBoundsException.

The error can be both mouseClicked or mouseDragged depending on how you are moving the mouse when changing resolution.
