Tab key not working as "open/close inventory"

Bug:

The Tab key will open the Inventory box, but when pressed again will not close the Inventory. I have tested a few other keys and this bug only seems to effect the Tab key.

Steps to reproduce:

Open control settings and change the "open/close inventory" action key to "tab". Then return to game and press the Tab key. Press the Tab key again to reproduce the issue
