Sheep spin around aimlessly when swimming in sea grass

Sheeps (or even other mobs) spin around aimlessly when swimming in the same block space as sea grass (no matter if short or long) i was guiding the sheep with wheat while this happened.

What I expected to happen was:

The sheep to normally swim

What actually happened was...:
The sheep started to randomly spin until i broke the sea grass below/inside it

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put sheep on water
2. Sea grass in the same block space as swimming sheep
3. If sheep does not spin, try guiding it with wheat
