[MC-14930] Horse armor not keeping enchantments when dropping from a horse

If you kill a horse that is wearing enchanted armor, it just drops a standard armor. Sorry if this a duplicate, I couldn't find anything like this.

Horse armor is currently not really enchantable.
In fact it is possible to apply enchanted books by the anvil to the horse armor, but if equipped, it doesnt glow.

It glows in your hand, but not when you place it on the horse.

However, I think we should be able to enchant horse armor and enchantments on the horse armor would function properly when equipped on a horse.

Beeing able to enchant any blocks or items in creative is intended, see MC-4753. Dropping unenchanted armor probably bug.
