Tick processing causing lag in old world

When loaded my old world It was unplayabe for the lag, the f3 menu said that the entity ticks were the problem, The world was created at 1.7 and optimized at 1.13. Since new created worlds run fine, I don't really know what is causing the problem or how to replicate it so I added screenshots from the f3 menu
