When i loaded minecraft from 1.13.2 to 1.14 in some places i have less fps and lagging wiew. The optimalization do not repear this.

Does disabling your resource pack help with the lag?
(Also, the 16 GB of RAM are overkill and probably make your game even laggier, and yes, I know that sounds paradoxical. 4 GB should be the absolute maximum needed for vanilla.)
