Cannot interact with Villager by Right-Click

I joined to a world created in 1.13.2 and joined in 1.14 no problems so i flew some vlocks and found a Village (newly generated) and tried to open the Villager Trading Menu and nothing happened (Creative Mode).

I think i got the problem (Villagers without Profession cannot trade...) how can i close the Thread/issue/bug Report?
