It seem like the Minecraft server 1.14 memory usage is out of control currently. Not sure, if it's memory leak or I actually need more memory RAM?

It appears you are launching the server by just double clicking the jar file. This starts the server with only 256 MB of ram, which isn't enough to do anything in newer versions of the game.
Ok, I read Hunter Elliott comment and searched up the limited ram thing. https://www.reddit.com/r/Minecraft/comments/absxlx/how_to_dedicate_more_ram_to_a_1132_minecraft/ed2sjxd/ this fixed it.
Please do not mark unreleased versions as affected.
